I offer a free 15-20 minute consultation by phone to discuss what you are looking for in therapy.
The initial session is a consultation to explore in more depth your current difficulties. Meeting for an initial session is important because it will allow you to get to know me, to ask questions and to gauge whether you would feel comfortable enough working with me. Equally this session allows me to assess whether I am the right therapist for you. This session is up to 70 minutes.
If we agree that ongoing therapy sessions would be of help, weekly sessions would be arranged. Weekly therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes. There may be some times where a different session frequency would be more appropriate and this is something we can discuss at the initial session.
** Skype Sessions are also available. This option can be discussed at the initial consultation and would be arranged based on individual need and can be discussed at the initial consultation.
